Is my site eligible to subscribe?
We accept any WordPress site on version 5.8 or newer. Before activation, we run a free 24-hour audit to confirm the site's health. If the site needs foundational repairs before maintenance (an abandoned site, very outdated plugins, an active hack) — we'll quote the initial repair transparently.
Can I upgrade or cancel at any time?
Yes. No binding contracts. Billing is monthly, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel up to 7 days before the month's end. On cancellation, we hand over a full backup, documentation of everything we did, and access to all accounts.
What does maintenance NOT include?
It doesn't include: developing large new features, redesigns, content writing, or ad campaigns. It covers small changes only (a text change, an image, a simple page). For bigger projects, we provide a separate quote at a discounted hourly rate ($60/hour for maintenance clients).
Do the plans include hosting?
No — maintenance is separate from hosting. We work with any host (we recommend Kinsta, Cloudways, WP Engine). We offer our own managed hosting as a separate service from $45/month, with bundled maintenance at a 20% discount.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
For maintenance clients: a full free restore from a clean backup, a comprehensive security audit, patching the vulnerability, and an incident report. Restore time is typically 2–4 hours for medium sites. For sites outside the maintenance plans, emergency service is $120/hour.
Do you handle multilingual sites and stores?
Yes — our experience covers WPML, Polylang, WooCommerce, EDD, MemberPress, and LearnDash. For large stores (1,000+ products) we recommend at least the Professional plan. For platforms with thousands of daily orders, Enterprise is the minimum.
