Do you reply to every message, or only complete project briefs?

We reply to every message, personally, without exception — even a simple enquiry or a project we think is outside our specialty. The reply might be a quote, a deeper question, or an honest referral to a better-suited provider. But no one gets ignored.

Is the initial quote free? How long does it take?

Yes — completely free and with no obligation. The initial quote reaches you within 48 working hours for most projects. For complex projects (custom CMS, system integrations), we may ask for a 30-minute discovery call before the final quote.

Where is the team based? Do you work with clients outside Iraq?

Our headquarters are in Samarra, Iraq — but more than 70% of our clients are in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Jordan, and Qatar. We've worked remotely since 2013, and our contracts are familiar and legally documented across all GCC nationalities.

What's the minimum project budget?

Custom WordPress design starts at $3,500. Speed optimisation from $500. Monthly maintenance from $250. Custom CMS projects start at $12,000. These are guide figures — the actual quote depends on scope and integration complexity.

Do you accept payment in local currencies?

We accept USD, EUR, SAR, AED, QAR, JOD, and EGP. We provide certified tax invoices per the client's country. Payment via international bank transfer, Wise, or credit cards up to $20,000.

Can I sign an NDA before we correspond?

Of course. If your project is sensitive, send us your NDA template or request our standard one. We sign digitally via DocuSign or by hand — whichever suits you, before any exchange of technical or financial information.
