Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the business and serve you:
- Details you provide — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, and message when you submit a form, request a consultation, subscribe to our newsletter, or create an account.
- Order & billing data — the items you purchase, amounts, invoices, and coupon usage. We do NOT see or store your full card details.
- Account data — your email, a securely hashed password, and language preference.
- Technical data — IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected via cookies and analytics to keep the site secure and improve it.
How we use your information
- To provide what you asked for — reply to enquiries, deliver courses, products and services, and manage your account.
- To process payments and issue invoices and receipts.
- To send transactional email (confirmations, receipts, account and support messages).
- To send marketing email only if you explicitly opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To secure the site, prevent spam and fraud, and comply with our legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. Your card or account credentials are entered directly with them and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.
Service providers we share data with
We share the minimum necessary with trusted processors that help us operate the site:
- Stripe & PayPal — payment processing.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot/spam protection on our forms.
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage statistics (only if enabled).
- Our email/SMTP provider — sending transactional and (opted-in) marketing email.
We never sell your personal data to anyone.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the site and your account to work, and — where enabled — analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, invoices are kept for accounting and tax purposes). When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
