For enterprises & complex projects

Systems tailored for what's beyond WordPress

When an off-the-shelf CMS becomes an obstacle rather than a solution. We design and build custom content systems, internal dashboards, and operational tools from scratch — ERPs, member portals, SaaS platforms, and bespoke management systems for enterprises and agencies.

When do you need a custom system?

When an off-the-shelf CMS becomes an obstacle, not a solution

WordPress is excellent for 90% of websites. But if you're hitting any of these six signals, you're in territory that needs a system built precisely for your needs.

1

Complex business logic plugins can't cover

Variable pricing, hierarchical permissions, multi-level approval workflows.

2

Essential API integrations with internal systems

ERPs, CRMs, accounting systems, banking APIs, HR systems.

3

Data volumes beyond traditional MySQL

Millions of records, complex queries, a need for PostgreSQL or specialised search systems.

4

High security and compliance requirements

HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOC 2, or local government requirements.

5

Complex roles and permissions with multi-tenancy

Multi-organisation platforms, strict data isolation, different configurations per client.

6

An end-user experience that demands a unique application

Real-time interactions, complex calculations, interactive charts, live collaboration.

What we build

Eight kinds of custom systems

We've built 40+ bespoke systems across industries. These are the most recurring kinds — but we analyse every case individually.

Custom admin dashboards

Internal dashboards for running operations, managing staff, tracking inventory, or following tasks with your own workflow.

// Internal Dashboards

Member & client portals

Portals with hierarchical permissions, multi-tier subscriptions, automated billing, and a self-service client dashboard.

// Member Portals

Multi-tenant SaaS platforms

Platforms serving many clients with strict data isolation, per-client configurations, and centralised billing.

// Multi-tenant SaaS

Tailored CMS systems

If your content is complex (multiple relationships, editorial permissions, reviews) — we build a custom CMS that serves your logic exactly.

// Custom CMS

LMS platforms & academies

Learning platforms with courses, quizzes, certificates, progress tracking, and payment integration. Like our own academy.

// Learning Platforms

Simplified ERP systems

For small-to-medium companies that don't need full SAP — we build a tailored ERP core: inventory, invoices, customers, suppliers.

// Light ERP

Integrations & automation

We connect your different systems (Slack, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Zapier) through custom APIs and reliable webhook channels.

// Integration Layer

Mobile apps with a custom backend

Native iOS + Android or React Native, with a custom backend and admin panel, payment integration, and notifications.

// Mobile + API
Technical capabilities

Features that come with every system we deliver

Foundations we never compromise on, whatever the system's size or budget. These are not optional extras — they're the bedrock.

1 · Identity

SSO + 2FA

Single sign-on via SAML or OAuth, with mandatory two-factor security for admin roles.

2 · Permissions

RBAC + RLS

Customisable roles, and row-level data isolation for multi-tenant platforms.

3 · Performance

API ‹100ms

A target p95 response time under 100 milliseconds on critical API endpoints, with Redis caching.

4 · Reliability

99.99% Uptime

Multi-region deployment, automatic failover, and health checks every 10 seconds.

5 · History

Audit Trail

A complete log of every change — who made it, when, and the value before the change — never erased.

6 · API

REST + GraphQL

Both available by default, with automatic Swagger documentation and scoped API keys.

7 · Security

Enterprise security

Encryption at rest and in transit, WAF, DDoS protection, and periodic penetration testing.

8 · Monitoring

Observability

Comprehensive monitoring via Sentry + Datadog, instant alerts, and public status dashboards.

Technical FAQ

What CTOs and tech leads ask about

If you're a CTO or tech lead, these six questions answer 80% of your first doubts.

Why build a custom system instead of using Salesforce or an off-the-shelf product?
Don't — if the ready-made product covers 90%+ of your needs. Custom only makes sense when: (a) annual licensing costs exceed the cost of building custom within 3 years, (b) your business logic can't be shaped inside the ready-made product, or (c) you need deep integration with internal systems the ready-made products don't support. Otherwise, we'll frankly recommend the off-the-shelf option.
What technical stack do you use?
It depends on the project. The most common default: PHP 8 + Laravel for the backend, PostgreSQL for data, Redis for caching, Next.js + React for the frontend, and GraphQL + REST for the API. For mobile: React Native or native (Swift/Kotlin) depending on requirements. All code lives in Git with CI/CD on GitHub Actions.
Who owns the code and data after delivery?
You own everything. The code, data, designs, and documentation are entirely your intellectual property, documented in the contract. You get admin access to the Git repository, the infrastructure accounts, and runbook documentation. You can move the system to any other team whenever you want.
How do you handle compliance requirements (GDPR, PCI, HIPAA)?
We have experience with GDPR (across 5+ European projects), PCI-DSS Level 1 (stores handling cards directly), and the telecom-authority requirements in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. For HIPAA and SOC 2 projects, we partner with certified specialists. Compliance is considered from the architecture phase — never bolted on later.
Do you work with our in-house technical team?
Yes — 40% of our projects are delivered in partnership with a client's internal team. We integrate through a shared Slack, mutual code reviews, and pair-programming sessions. We bring specific domain expertise; your team brings the business knowledge — an ideal mix.
What happens if I want to end the contract mid-project?
The contract specifies 30 days' notice. During it, we hand over all completed code, sign an ownership transfer, and provide 40 hours of consultation to your next team for a smooth handover — and we retain no rights to anything we built. We haven't needed to invoke these clauses in 12 years, but they're there for your peace of mind.
