How long does the project take from signing to launch?
Basic package: 4–6 weeks. Professional: 6–9 weeks. Enterprise: 12–16 weeks. The only usual delay comes from the client's side (content, approvals, images). We keep strictly to the schedule on ours.
Do I own the site's code after delivery?
Yes, 100%. All the code is yours after final delivery. You get your own Git repository, complete technical documentation, and a formally signed ownership transfer. There are no restrictions on moving the site to any other developer in the future.
What if I need changes after launch?
90 days of free support cover any small changes, bug fixes, and questions. After that, we offer an optional monthly maintenance plan from $250/month, or hourly work ($75/hour) for occasional changes.
Do I need to buy hosting myself?
You can keep your current hosting if it's suitable (we'll review it). Or we recommend our managed WordPress hosting with servers in Frankfurt/Jeddah/Singapore, from $45/month with daily backups and a built-in CDN.
Do you write the site's content?
No, content writing is your responsibility. But we offer a UX-writing review service (organising headings, CTAs, information flow) as a $750 add-on. For full content, we refer you to trusted specialised Arabic content writers.
What if we don't reach 95+ on PageSpeed?
It's written into the contract: we work for free until we reach 95+. This is a strict commitment — we haven't missed it on any project since 2018. The only exception: third-party plugins essential to your business and specified in the contract (such as certain payment systems).
