We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds apply to courses, digital products, services and subscriptions bought from Alnakib Studio.
Courses & digital products
Because courses and digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded or consumed right away, they are generally non-refundable once accessed. As a goodwill gesture, we will consider a refund request made within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially accessed the course or downloaded the product.
Services
- Before work begins, you may cancel a service order for a full refund.
- Once work has started, any deposit and completed milestones are non-refundable; we will refund the unstarted, unbilled portion.
- If we are unable to deliver an agreed service, we refund the amount paid for the undelivered work.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the current paid period is not refunded and remains active until it ends.
How to request a refund
Email billing@alnakib.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We review every request individually and aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-refundable cases
- Requests made after the applicable window above.
- Fully-delivered services or completed milestones.
- Change of mind after substantial use of a course or downloaded product.
- Items purchased with a non-refundable promotion where clearly stated.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of related access while the dispute is investigated.
