What people booking ask about

Does the free call include a sales pitch?
No. Its purpose is to get to know your project and assess it honestly. If we're the right fit, we'll say so. If not, we'll refer you somewhere better suited. No pressure, no “sign up now or else”, no sales tactics. A purely human conversation.
Who conducts the consultation?
Anmar Alnakib — the founder — personally, for every session. No sales reps, no trainees, no delegation to account managers. It's a strict rule — part of the session's value is direct access to the founder.
What do I need to prepare before the session?
For the free call: nothing. For the paid consultation: send site/code access and a written summary of the problem 24 hours ahead. The more we can prepare, the more you get from the 90 minutes. An NDA is available on request.
What if I need more time?
The paid session can be extended at $60 per extra 30 minutes if my schedule allows. We recommend booking a full two hours in advance if you expect to need it. The free call is 30 minutes only, with no extension.
Can I pay in a local currency?
Yes — we accept SAR, AED, QAR, JOD, EGP, USD, and EUR. Pay by Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, mada, or STC Pay. A certified tax invoice reaches you immediately after payment.
Can I reschedule the appointment?
Yes — up to 24 hours before the slot, free of charge. Send us the new time on WhatsApp and we'll reschedule immediately. Changes within the last 24 hours may carry a small fee ($25) for the paid consultation, but it's open to discussion.
